I've had the BEST experience with Ackerman Jewelers! I started off with designing a ring with 4 generation of stones. Dina is the designer who helped me and made the process so much fun! I knew what I wanted and with her ideas she helped designed a GORGEOUS ring!!!!! With the help of Ackerman Jewelers, my husband was able to pull off a birthday /anniversary (13 years ) gift. I went in to hand over the stones to Dina and she (along with other jewelers ) helped my husband pull a surprise of a life time - a new RING!!!!! I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! As i'm enjoying my new ring.... I received a call from Dina this morning letting me know the designer ring is ready. As soon as she showed me, I thought I was going to cry. Having this ring made means SO much to me. Stones that go back 4 generations...... I'm in love with it!!!! Loved working with Ackerman Jewelers!!! Will continue to do business!!! Thank you
My experience with this family owned jeweler started with me looking for birthday gift for my wife .But, once I walked in and found myself overwhelmed with the impressive amount and quality of their displays and as such I found myself questioning my original intention. Thankfully Linda saved me from drowning in my confusion. After several questions and answers Linda sprang to work showing and guiding me to A better understanding of choices and options. I must admit that I am throughly impressed and please with Ackermans attention to a detail with their customer service and follow up. My wife and i will not shop anywhere else for jewelry.
